Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit revensol.com or book a call with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are

This website is run by Revensol ("we", "us"). We set up B2B appointments for businesses that sell to other businesses.

You can reach us at info@revensol.com.

What we collect

When you book a call

Bookings go through Calendly, a scheduling service, embedded on our page. The booking form asks for your:

  • name
  • email address
  • company name
  • business category (for example, general contractor or supplier)
  • location (city and state)
  • phone number

Calendly also records the time you picked and, if you arrived from a link that carries campaign tags (for example "utm_source"), those tags, so we know which of our messages led to the booking.

When you use the site

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you got to the site (for example, a link in an email), your device, browser and screen size, your approximate location (city or region, worked out from your IP address), and actions you take on the page, such as clicking a button, opening one of the industry boxes, reaching the booking calendar, or completing a booking. Google Analytics doesn't tell us who you are, and we don't send it your name, email address or anything you type into the booking form.

When you email us

The email addresses on the site are ordinary email links: clicking one opens your own email program. If you send us an email, we receive your email address, your name if your email program includes it, and whatever you write. We count the click itself in Google Analytics (which link was clicked, not your address).

What we don't collect

The site has no forms of its own besides the Calendly booking form, no advertising pixels (such as Meta or LinkedIn tracking), and we don't ask for sensitive information. The LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram icons are ordinary links: nothing from those sites loads on our pages, so they only learn about your visit if you click through.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Two services on this site use them.

  • Google Analytics sets cookies (named "_ga" and "_ga_" followed by an ID) to tell visits apart and count returning visitors. They last up to 2 years unless you clear them.
  • Calendly sets cookies as soon as the booking calendar loads. So that it's ready when you get there, the calendar loads before you reach it: as you get near the Book a call section, or when you click a button that leads there. Calendly and its providers use these cookies to make the calendar work, to keep it secure (for example, against bots), to measure how the calendar performs, and for Calendly's own marketing. Some of them can last up to a year.

Calendly normally shows its own cookie banner inside the calendar. We've turned that banner off so the calendar isn't interrupted. With the banner off, Calendly treats its cookies as accepted, and consent is handled by our site rather than by Calendly: this policy is where you're told about them. Because the calendar loads a little before you reach it, its cookies can be set before you see it. By continuing to use the site, including the booking calendar, you agree to these cookies. If you'd rather not, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (the calendar may not work without them), or skip the calendar and email us at info@revensol.com to set up a call.

To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, you can block it with your browser's privacy settings or a tracker blocker, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How we use your information

  • To hold the call you booked, and to prepare for it.
  • To contact you about your call and about our services, by email or phone.
  • To answer emails you send us.
  • To understand which pages and messages work, and to improve the site.
  • To keep the site and our records secure, and to meet legal obligations.

We don't send text messages. Booking confirmations come by email.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers that run parts of the site and our business for us:

  • Calendly, which runs the booking calendar and stores your booking details (see Calendly's privacy notice).
  • Google, which runs Google Analytics (see Google's privacy policy).
  • Netlify, which hosts the site and, like any web host, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse (see Netlify's privacy policy).
  • Our email provider, which stores the emails we send and receive.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would still apply to it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising that targets you across other websites.

How long we keep it

  • Booking details and emails: for up to 2 years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
  • Google Analytics data: the detailed data about visits is kept for up to 14 months, after which Google deletes it. Overall totals (such as visits per month) are kept longer, but they aren't linked to you.
  • Calendly and Netlify keep their own records under their own policies, linked above.

We delete information sooner if you ask us to, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices, and how to have your data deleted

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@revensol.com with "Delete my data" (or "Access" or "Correct") in the subject line, from the email address you used with us if you can. We may ask you to confirm it's you before we act on a request. We'll reply within 45 days, and we'll ask Calendly to delete your booking details too.

If you no longer want to hear from us about our services, just tell us, by replying to any of our emails or by writing to the address above.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you specific rights over your personal information. In the past 12 months, we have collected these categories:

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number (from the booking form and emails).
  • Professional information: company name, business category and location (from the booking form).
  • Internet activity: pages viewed and actions on the site (from Google Analytics), and IP address and browser details (from our host and Calendly).
  • Approximate location: city or region, worked out from your IP address.

We collect this from you directly and from your use of the site, for the purposes listed under "How we use your information". We disclose it only to the service providers, and in the cases, listed under "Who we share it with". We don't sell or share it (as the law defines "sell" and "share"), and we don't collect sensitive personal information.

You have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • opt out of its sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still tell us);
  • not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

To use any of these rights, email info@revensol.com. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you; we may ask for proof that they're acting for you and confirm your identity with you directly.

Security

We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect your information, but no website or service is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
